MiNeeds.com, a Seattle, Washington based Structured Search startup is currently prepping up for launch.

All we can say for now about MiNeeds is that it fulfills a unique need that hasn’t been fulfilled before, and changes the way we do search for stuff. MiNeeds is also 100% outcubated by OutCubator in about 2.5 months time.
